Well there are a few versions of this album out there. It was originally supposed to be released in 1977 but Young deemed the album "too personal" and axed it at the last minute. Instead we got American Stars and Bars. A couple of the songs translate over but the majority were left for Neil Young obscurity land, which just so happens to be a very very big land. Anyways, Chrome Dreams Rust Edition and apparently 2 version that are called Chrome Dreams exist. This is one of the Chrome Dreams versions.
