I want everyone to know that I have nothing to do with this compilation. darkrendar is the one to thank, he did an amazing job.
Our dear (and new) friend darkrendar passed this collection along to me. This is a shit load of amazing work. I'll let his words describe it, thank you so much darkrendar.
"A collection of live recordings of unreleased songs by Ryan Adams, of which no demo or studio recordings are available. I compiled and worked on it in my spare time for a couple of years. A lot of these were only played once, if not I picked the one that sounded best to me, when different recordings were available. Since there are so many great live recordings you can find nearly every song ever played. The last two discs are a collection of Jams & Improvs by The Cardinals. "
Ordinarily I would put the track listing up but this is packing 173 tracks, refer to the info file. Let me just say this is an amazing amazing amazing piece of work. Darkrendar, you out did yourself. He is also responsible for the Darkbreaker Live set up at Coughing Up Blood and Whiskey, our sister site. I'm taking donations to get this guy some upscale escorts, email me with donations!

Thanks so much for the work done on this. And thanks for posting in MP3 format. I'm not a purist and didn't want to download the FLAC files because of their size. So this made my day. Thanks again. GREAT STUFF!
EPIC. So grateful. So much joy. THANK YOU!
Wow, this is a very nice comp and I can tell that you put a lot of work into it. Thanks for posting it.

Hey Dave-
That is Ryan's First "serious" band "The Patty Duke Syndrome."
From RA wiki:
Adams dropped out of high school in his first week of tenth grade, moving into bandmate Jere McIlwean's rental house just outside Jacksonville. Around this time he performed briefly with two local bands, Ass and The Lazy Stars. Following this, Adams joined The Patty Duke Syndrome and once played in a bar in Jacksonville. After obtaining his GED, Adams left Jacksonville for Raleigh, shortly followed by McIlwean. The Patty Duke Syndrome split in 1994[4] after releasing a 7" single containing two songs (The Patty Duke Syndrome was on one side, while the other side was a band called GlamourPuss).
Thanks Jason!!
